I do remember building those tiny aircraft carrier models back in the 60's. Too small for me.

In any case, I have too much stuff and have moved so many times, that it all just takes up space. My goal is to depart this earth leaving only one box behind......

For now, I have photos of the models.

Red face Previous models that I discarded

4 years ago, I discarded these. Most were very simple models, or that were trash designs that I built early on , or just some that I could not display even for me.

I think one or two were taken and the rest went to the trash.

Here are pictures of the departed.......

Thumbs up Most were taken

I attended our club meeting today and 16 paper models were taken. Some of the remaining one, I brought back and will try to give away as well ( having a garage sale next week for all the other stuff ).

In addition, I donated, gave, and sold many plastic kits as well.

Here is what remained.

Ahraham

This was a Malty Modelarz kit that I repainted many years ago. I do not have the file anymore. I decided to repaint it in a fictitious Israeli colors. It was OK, but not very accurate. However, it was fun and easy to build.

Here are some views of the original version I got from the web.

Did you say that you gave away plastic? Wish that I could have been there. I may have married paper, but plastic is still my mistress.

Exclamation All gone

I finally gave away all the remaining models from this batch that were in good shape. I retained the B-58 and the Grumman Albatross as those were really old and damaged.

Also, Had a yard sale today and sold over 34 plastic kits, 40 airline display models and many aviation books.

I threw away boxes of aviation magazines..

I feel light now :

On to building more models now.
