Zio Prudenzio Auster
Hi all, i just want to share the little Auster I made this afternoon. It only took an hour or so to make, and I think it turned out ok. I have a soft spot for Austers as it was in an Auster that I had my first ride in a plane. The plane is from Zio Prudenzio's site. There were no instructions but it was pretty simple to work out where everything went. I was expecting it to be small at 1/72 scale, so used some fairly thin paper, just a bit heavier than photocopier paper. It actually printed at 1/64 scale. At this size it would have benefited from heavier paper or card.

Very nice work on this little classic.
I built one several years ago and gave it away to the owners of the B&B where we were staying, and where I had built it. I have another one half built, and your excellent build is an incentive to finish putting it together. Don

Oh, wow, that looks like the free Auster from his old site, instead of the one that is currently posted. Is that right?
