Fuselage assembly

Ahoy
Okay Gents here is far as I got going slow learning to take my time all of the fuselage formers and skins have been cutted out and pre forms ready for installation. So far there were no bad fit issues but due tell. Just got to make certain that the matching former bulkheads are sanded mirror image or you will have those annoying unlined fuselage segments once the fuselage has been joined. Here is the update build report pictures.

Boats,

The pilot's office and the fuselage are looking great. I look forward to this build (especially the floats).

Welcome Back!

Great-looking work Boats! The cockpit really looks nice and the fuselage is nice and smooth.

Looks good, Boats. If the fit of the parts is good, I really prefer these older models with fewer parts. I love to see you and others build the complex modern models, but this is more at my skill level.

When you bring your decades of experience and skill to the project, you really get the most out of these old hand-drawn airplanes.

Fuselage Contruction

Ahoy Fellow Cardmodelers

Okay Guys on this update I have assembled the cowling and the fuselage and assembled same now the tail feathers will be next so far there was only one fit issue no sweat the spinner base that fits on the engine facing was a tad oversized a little trim and it fits like a glove. A good kit thus far Have more tomorrow.
