Thanks for this Aaron (and Niki). My uncle flew Sabre Dogs. I am seeing if my cousins can find photos of the planes that he flew.

Niki or anyone who's actually built the model: How did you get the lower fuselage piece to conform to the upper fuselage? I'm on my third try. I've curled the piece but when the rear fits, the front still doesn't seem to fit properly. Maybe cut it into separate sections?

Any advice will be mucho appreciated!

Trying to remember how I built it.

Pre-curved the entire lower fuselage. Made my own tab joiners. Dry-fitted the complete section. I glued it on one side first, around the point where the red band on the rear fuselage is, just a thin line of glue. Worked my way forward then let it dry then did the other side. Kind of just fitted itself.
