Nice Yak. When I was doing my Yak-1b I was wondering if I can do Yak-1 out of it,looks like I don't need to.

Bruno, I really enjoy your old designs and I like trying to improve them. Thank you for offering these models.

Ted, I made the wings one piece and added the wing scoop, only 1 on the left on the Yak-1.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments.

Nice little Yak Brent. You really do wonders with your repaints fella.

And further to your last post re Bruno- with no original model design (good, bad or otherwise) there's nothing to repaint. Considering the volume of Bruno's output, in my experience there are none that can be considered impossible to work with.

Thanks again everyone. Here is a repaint of Nobi's TBM-3. The Avenger has always been one of my favourite airplanes. I grew up watching them fly over my house. Conair Aviation had Invaders and Avengers in the 70's. I am currently working on a Conair waterbomber version. I have done 3 TBM-3 repaints and 1 TBM-1c so far. I'm still having issues with my third party ink not printing fine lines.

Brent

Outstanding work and display of that Avenger of the USS Essex (CV-9) Air Group in 1945.

Your models are always a pleasure to see.

I look forward to the colorful water bomber! You were lucky to have been able to see those Conair veteran aircraft in the 1970s.
