Thanks Rata and chicharrero , I sent a bunch of repaints to Ecardmodels, not all have been posted yet. I just finished Scissors & Planes P-51B. I repainted it as Bald Eagle III. There are a few things that don't line up that I have to fix. I have 3 others repainted and ready to build, I have attached the profiles I did.

It's strange to see half painted wings.
But I'm absolutely convinced you did the research so this is probably a paint scheme that eluded me for so many years.

And I dare call myself a plane enthusiast ?!??

Thanks, Vinalssergio, Rata, Yoav, PacificWind, Ray and Bruno. Bruno the invasion stripes were ordered removed from upper surfaces of planes in late August early September 44. These stripes were covered up with whatever paint was available. I actually repainted the plane in 3 versions, before June 6th with no stripes, after D-Day with full stripes and this version with stripes painted out.
