Pilots Compartment

Ahoy
another update here after looking at the cockpit compartment I don't like what the kit had offered so I done some scratch building to add more detail then what the kit gave me. This kit is ancient not difficult to build the kit reminds me of the Old Peter Zorn Ford Trimotor build I done here a way back. So far in general no fit issues but do tell. Here are the update pictures more tomorrow.

Great job on the kit bashing Boats. With that kind of talent you should be designing and selling "Boats" kits...

Looking great. Till a couple of years ago she very often flew over (on low altitude) in the summer, when she was operating a tourist flight from Ostend airport. What a sight it always was, and ofcourse the sound of those engine...

Fuselage construction

Ahoy
Thanks Fellas for all of your replies I am honored, Okay as to the update still working on the center section of the fuselage compartment. The kit gives you four parachutist seat somewhat they leave a lot to desire built as per instructions. As to the assembly no fit issues as of yet again do tell. Letting the unit dry over night. Tomorrow I will button up the center compartment and proceed aft. Here are the pictures for the day.

Looks good Boats. re parachute seats, in 22 years jumping out of all kinds of aircraft I never once encountered one that was comfortable. As far as comfort goes, the ones in your model fit the mold. I think the reason parachute seats were made so darned uncomfortable was so we'd be glad to hustle off the plane so the crew could go home.
