The german SG 38 was built in 1938 but these sort of gliders were very common at this time in all the countries.
In France we have the Avia X , XI and XV of similar design.

Note that the construction report and the post of Ostoja is extremely useful if you want to build this model:
Wrona (Crow) polish school glider (1932).
It helped me a lot.
