FG (Aaron Murphy) Curtiss A-12 1/32

This is Aaron's Curtiss A-12 released through Fiddler's Green. I needed to actually finish something and this was exactly what the doctor ordered.

here it is with some other golden age models

Outstanding, Wayne!

You have built a wonderful flight of Golden Age yellow wings and three of my favorite aircraft.

That is a fun model to build, everything fits nicely, and it is a beauty when it is finished. You did a great job on it.

Wayne - I would be happy to see whatever Golden Age aircraft you model next, but would especially love to see you do Murph's version of the Consolidated "Pursuit Biplace" (PB-2/P-30). New OddBall PB-2/P-30 in 1/35

Papermate did a fine beta build of the model: http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/aviation/24237-obp-beta-build-consolidated-p-30-pb-2-a.html

I have always been fascinating by this airplane and still have the old issues of Air Progress and Air Trails with cutaways and a control line flying model by Walter Musciano.

I hope to build Murph's version for myself some day, and would love to see what you would do with it and to learn from your experience.

But whatever you decide to build, I will be happy to see the result.

We're on the same page Don. I had it narrowed down to that one or the P-31 Swift. I'll probably start one or the other this weekend and see where it goes from there.
