Cool My Scissors and Planes (Bruno) Collection in 1/100

My friends!

I start a thread for made a concentration of my efforts to build a airplane models of extensive catalogue from Scissors and Planes. The execption is a floatplanes and airboats I not show here but I have a specific thread for.

I improve all designs with some details, or reinforcements to help a made a build.

Model 1 is a item 800 of catalogue: Vultee V1A Bomber

The V-1 is a most advanced commercial light aircraft in early 1930's, join modern caractheristics like high speed, variable pitch propeller, metal stressed skin, complete radionavigation systems, but is replaced in USA in Commercial Airlines with advent of Boeing 247 and DC-2.

Because this Republicans in Spain buy from many sources several Vultee V-1 and convert in tactical bomber, because the high speed of aircraft. Totally inappropriate for bombing in 1937 used for light transport or recon.

For build my V-1 I made some modifications:

- Add a internal formers for scale plans to obtain correct cross section shape;

- Open gunner position;

- Made a suplementar wing internal reinforcement;

- Eliminate flat engine, repositioning and create a cowling firewall, made a air intake and add a volumetric engine gear box;

- Add a wings fillet;

- Add a missing undercarriage doors;

- Scratchbuiding with colored vivaldi paper scarf rigging and lewis machine gun;

- Scratchbuilding exaust pipes to replace 2D simulation with stiffed papper;

- Scratchbuilding ADF antenna and radio antenna set with vivaldi colored paper and orthodontical wire.

The next: A6M2K

Smile

A small update.

Is my A6M2K at the moment, is a kitbash with pieces of two other models, the Cockpit and some parts are from Tri Krapki Zero, and engine gun carenage, undercarriage, wing fillets are from Modelart kit. This variant is a target tug and need some scratchbuilding parts. Is the results at the moment.
