Only a little question, Matthew:
the LadnDad's model is the same as the Vickers FB-5 Gunbus?
I have that model, with the transport truck, and the plane has an in line engine.
I think the Vickers FB5 has a rotary engine?

My sources (and Wiki) say that the Vickers F.B.5 had an 80-hp Gnome Monosoupape nine-cylinder rotary engine. Vickers F.B.5 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The visually similar Royal Aircraft Factory F.E.2 and F.E.2b were powered by a 120 hp (later F.E.2bs had a 160 hp) Beardmore liquid-cooled in-line engine. Royal Aircraft Factory F.E.2 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm at the office and can't access my home computer drive to check out my copy of the LadnDad model, and I can't access the site posted by Matthew from a dot mil computer, so I can't comment on either one for now.

Don

If there ever was a Sopwith Vickers Fb5 'Gunbus', I've never heard of it.
A Vickers Fb5 'Gunbus' with a rotary engine is all I know about and that with no involvement by Sopwith.
I await enlightenment - please.

Follow the Link in #2 post, then read the "Details" paragraph. It explains that the Gunbus was built using plans of a pre-war Sopwith design. Some Gunbus's were built by Vickers and more by other builders.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Obviously already had.
Vickers were ahead of the pack in suggesting putting a machine gun in an airplane. As the pusher biplanes was a popular layout with several designers at the time it was an obvious choice.
To my knowledge no other source attempts to link the two designs which were significantly different in size and were designed and built quite independently.

So in other words, some designer looking for a WWI model to design needs to get off his keister and design one then.
