The one I did was the biggest that could be put on 8.5 by 11 paper. Still ended up using half a ream of card stock.

Assuming you're talking about building Aaron's model, that's a 141% scale up, comes to around 1:88.7.

Should look pretty cool.

One way is to open Murph's model in a pdf reader, change the page size to 11x17 in the printer properties, and choose fit to page. That will fit the 8.5x11 to 11x17 for printing. Note the % increase so you can make sure all of the pages are printed at the same scale. The latest Adobe and Foxit readers have the ability to choose a custom scale. Print all of the pages at the same increased % noted before. Avoid just using fit to page for all of the pages since sometimes the % change is different for some pages. That is why you note the % increase for the first page of parts and input that for all of the pages.

It's one of my earlier designs, so no guarantees about how well it scales up (Just had an idea involving posterboard, and a print shop though)
