Douglas KC-10 Extender

My latest model buy.From ecardmodels its oddballs kc-10.Original scale is 1;132 but as usual i have got it printed at A3 size so will end up a bit bigger.Will post photos as i have time

front fuselage sections,rear fuselage sections,center fuselage and wing box.as with oddball models there are no formers for fuselage.i use the high tech method??basically i fill the interior of fuselage with tissue paper so it holds its shape when together and this also gives fuselage strength

This is definitely one of my favourite builds. Has it's own dedicated display spot.

I see in photo 2, did you score the fuselage tabs?

I didn't have any build issues, the fairings are a little tricky, but go slow, you'll be fine.

no i didnt.its not coming out a well as i hoped but have copied it so treating this as a test build

sorry misunderstood yes i scored end tabs hence bad joints.i dont score fuselage tube tabs
