Looking very good Ostoja, especially the nicely detailed instrument panel with "glass". The machine looks like an experimental helicopter?

Looking forward to the tail boom challenge, and like Klaas mentions, the canopy. Certainly you will pass the test.

I am using the same type of plastic rods, they come in various diameters, and am quite enthusiastic about using them. They're a good alternative to metal rods if construction loads allow so, and much easier to connect. Just use a few drops of plastic glue.

Good luck with this one, I'll be following.

Regards,
Erik

I certainly hope so Erik.

Preparing for pressing canopy. The first cover almost glued.

The tail construction is easier than it appears. I used split bamboo (from cooking skewers) when I built mine. That was several years ago, and it still looks good. Did you recolor the skins? The model is coming together very well...I admire greatly the work you did on the instrument panel.

Darwin, Evergreen rods have diameters 0.8 and 0.5 mm with bamboo would be troubles.

The first frame proved to be too small, should cut. The next "paper" glued. Oddly, the camera "dragged" the difference in colors, in real it is not visible.

The fuselage almost completed, now "glasshouse".

You handled the many round edges very well. Hopefully the misfit in the front window frame will not backfire at the canopy. Looks quite complicated!

Cheers,
Erik

It is indeed a complicated.

The canopy - few steps more.
