My name is Tom and in some of my spare time I like building commercial airliner model kits.
Years ago I picked up one of those 3D paper 1/48 scale Boeing 727-200 kits (PSA) but I have one major problem and it's that it did not come with the instructions....

I don't even want to chance trying to put this thing together without the instructions..

Usually, people don't save such things but you never know.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom

Well... that was quick...

One of the fine members of this site has provided me with the complete instructions to build my 3D Paper Boeing 727-200 (PSA)..... it's going to take awhile so if anyone here knows of any technique tips with building this kit, please clue me in... otherwise.. it's going to be awhile but when I finish..and if I don't hack it up... I'll post a pic or two..

I really thought it was going to be an extreme longshot that I'd find anyone with the instructions to this old paper kit but to my surprise, I got a reply in less than a day and have the instructions with me as I speak. Incredible.

I can't believe this is a complicated kit to build. As long as there are sketches of the parts assemblies, the average builder can do it. This is not a beginner kit anyway.

Post pics anyway and we can help you on the go.

The only flaw of this wonderful kit is the lack of landing gear. However, one can take the landing gear of another card 727 and adapt it. Not too difficult. Good luck Tom.

One of my friends assembled this kit in one week. No need to cut with scissors or a knife any part - just form it, spread it with glue and pick up the parts together. I wish you finish this awesome kit successfully!

What a spectadular model. It looks like if it was a plastic kit. Fantastic. It is a real pity that it isn't printed again, Anybody out there knows who owns the copyright? It MUST be somewhere.

These kits weren't simply printed, but instead were done with paint. Even the white is paint. That's why the colors are so authentic and the appearance so glossy.

Best regards,
Kurt

I really wish someone would scan this kit and upload it in PDF. I know its copyrighted but come on, its been 35 years...don't let it go extinct.

Being a 727 fan I try to obteined it many, many years ago. Back in 1994 I send to the contact of that company 3 letters and none was response. So I asume that since that year the company is out of bussiness. Is the same issue like that of the 727 designed by Leon Schuyt. Copyrighted but this one even has recolors. And as WAGliderGuy writed this kit deserves a PDF. Regards,Tony.
