Frank

I am knee deep at work in Canada. My company relocated me here for a year or so. Therefore my attendance in the states will be hit or miss.

Which convention are you talking about?

I will start building again in a month

Enjoying your build.

Unsercarriage Assembly

Ahoy
Here is another update on the old Stuka Almost done I should have her completed by tomorrow sometime. Okay the update for today is the assembly of the Undercarriage they were assembled by gluing down petals and folds. After they were assembled I gave them two coats of Butrate dope. Next will be the remainder of the build. This is a great kit there are no bad fit issues at all goes together like the way it was dsigned.

The legs turned out great Boats. Based on their shape, I'm sure I would have been swearing before I got one done.

Keep up the great work.

As to the update build report all of the bombs have been assembled and installed in their positions. All is left is the trapeze and the canopy and she is done.

That's one mean machine, Boats. Well done, your pace to get it finished is relentless. Wish I had that much time at hand - sometimes only 15 minutes a day is all there's to spare. Looking forward to the end result.

Regards,
Erik

Final reveal she is done

Ahoy
Here is the final reveal of my 1/24 scale GPM JU87B STUKA a great kit to build I found this kit delightful to build no fit issues at all only problem that it is flimsy from the rear fuselage so care is taken when handling this beast. Tip I learned from the kit is that extra re enforcement is required for the rear fuselage section. To sum it up a very great kit it would make an excellent companion next to her plastic cousin the airfix 1/24 Stuka. Here are the pictures fellas
