Just to let you know, I had similar problems. When I was working on an Easyjet 737-200, everything dissapeared apart from the livery. Yesterday, I opened my recoloured A310, but the whole screen was white with a few lines.

I had to edit the belly again, just those parts behind the edited parts, so I worked on it for one minute. All I need to do is test it.
