Fuselage construction completed

Ahoy
Okay fellas she is starting to look like A B25 with her twin rudders on. As to the fuselage assembly it is all completed. Installed the top and bottom turrets. Lastly I assembled the stabilizers and the twin rudders which give the Mitchell her beauty. So far a great kit no fit issues at all a clean kit letting her dry over night and tomorrow I will give her a good burnishing and some touch up work before proceeding to the wings. The only bad part of the kit is that the designer did not include any interior details so the glazeings are printed in on the kit. both turrets move the top turret turns and the bottom retracts and turns as well. although not a poipular build but I love the B25. Here are the update pictures next will be her wings.

Almost done

Ahoy Fellows
Here is another update build report almost done guys now she looks like a B25 no mistake about it. Thus far no fit issues at all on the build a remarkable build to say the least. all is left in the construction is the landing gear and props and little more tuning up here and there and she is ready for the clouds. Last evening I gave the ship 2 coats of butrate mixed with nitrate Areo gloss dope letting her fume out and dry once dry gave a going over with a heat sealing iron to tighten up the skins lastly I will give her a final coat of Krylon clear Matt to tighten up the skins without warpage. Here are the pictures fellas.

Looking like a B-25 should Boats! On your mixture of butrate with nitrate Aero gloss dope is it a specific mixture or do you just mix it until it looks right? Is there something about this particular model that means the skin needs tightening up or do you do this to all of your paper models?

Ahoy Elliot
I do this to all of my models the skins are pretty tight in the beginning like all card kits but I have a kink about making the skins stronger. When mixing Areo gloss dopes such as butrate and nitrate dopes I mix them 50 50 half and half thinned down with laquer thinner so it will pass through a airbrush. The best methoid to use without fuss and banana oil fumes is Krylon clear in the rattle cans magic in a can I call it. There you go buddy old school method.

Finale reveal finished

Ahoy
Here is the mighty Mitchell bomber got her finished ready to move on to another build. In starters of the kit it wasn't to difficult to build no fit issues at all in the makings. The only negative aspect to the kit is that Maty Modelarz did not include the enterier detail in the cockpit to allow clear glazings to be made. Instead they employed the printed clear parts to be made other then that its a B25 not a very popular subject like it use to be. Okay fellas here are the pictures of the B25.
