Using inkscape, you can upscale 1/300 to any bigger scale!!!

Somewere in the forum there is a tutorial written by Cafe (or Matthew - sorry guys, I do not remember exactly ) how to enlarge a vector templates using Inkscape (free vector editing software).

I find that if you enlarge the kit too much (ie. 1/300 to 1/72). Very small (non-issues) at 1/300 become big assembly issues at 1/72, you're scaling up by 416.67%. Going from 1/48 to 1/32 (150%) isn't usually a problem though.

I usually upscale small airliners to 1/150, and medium to big airliners to 1/200.

If anyone finds big scale L-1011s or BAe 146s, please contact me. They are my all time targets!!!

I use 1-100 or 1-150 scales for my Airliners collection (which is ruther small). And 1-50 for military birds.

9. A300-600ST Beluga: I found a lovely model from http://www.maquettes-papier.net/topic13517.html.
