Interesting. There seems to be a rear wheel located in the center of the fuselage. Never seen that before.

Yes, the DC-10/MD-11 have four gear sets. Boeing 747s have not one but two landing gears in the fuselage between the wings. IIRC Jumbo jets can operate with all five gear sets or, in emergencies, on three alone.
