A Humble Request

there exists a 1/24th scale Bell 222 in paper here Bell 222 Helicopter Free Paper Model Download

Does anyone posses the necessary skills to turn this into a highly detailed Airwolf model?

I have been asking Revell for more than 15 years to produce a 1/32nd scale kit of a Bell 222, hoping that if they do, someone would make the aftermarket stuff for Airwolf. There are some 1/48th scale kits about, the AMT/Kitech kits are honestly appalling. The Aoshima kits are great, but stupid money. Revells forums are actually full of hundreds of requests for Airwolf, yet they claim there is no demand for it.

I would like to have at least 2 models of Airwolf built, (before i no longer can make models) before i die. I want at least 1 wheels up weapons out. And 1 gear down, no weapons.

I would imagine you would need the permission of the original designer. Please, please someone make this a reality. There are so many fans out there. I am a member of the Airwolf facebook page. And there are people there who have worked on the set. I have detailed plans of the Airwolf if needed.

I need someone to be a true HERO!!!

Our own Willja67 has created an Airwolf helicopter model

I have a call out to him, asking him to upload his version of Airwolf

Hopefully he will chime in also

Rick

I've seen every rendition of what is currently on the market. But this 1/24th scale kit is massive, and offers the scope of tremendous interior & exterior detail. Seeing as how much can be made in 1/33rd these days, especially the new kits from Orlik (which i think everyone else needs to follow suit). Imagine the detail of the rear cabin (Ernie's station). Cockpit in general, the ADF pod, sunburst deployed etc. I appreciate peoples interest in this though, good on ya!

I remember there being a rather detailed Airwolf paper model out there. It was a few years ago, and I don't remember who it was or where to find it now though. I just remember it being beyond my skill level to build.

*edit* This might be the one by Willja that Rick was talking about. Here's papermau's link, and an image. Unforunately the link to the model is dead.

Is the model listed on the page below the same one by any chance?

I lost my password or I would have logged in long ago somehow I doubt I'll be able to catch up on 15,400 posts I give my permission for airwolf to be put up in the downloads section. I can't do it though. Don't have wifi in my apartment.
