Flaps of realsteel Su-7 not just rotating around axis while relesed. Its axis also rolls back. That's why original model provides only raised flaps in despide of flaps are given as separate parts. It's position is wrong.

That is why I dry fit it first.

This is a repetition of the right wing, but the build is faster since I have done it before and know how it fits.


The sub assemblies



cut out the landing gear bay



Install the landing light in a stowed position using a clear lens. I was toying with the idea of deploying it, but it probably will break off later on.



Trial fit the wing on the framing



and glue on, add the fillets

The wing fence was split around the forward portion in order to fit the wing profile ( pics later on that ).

it is too bad.

Model-Kom did a much better job on the wing fences.
