Thanks for posting this. It is a very interesting find. The VFW 614 is kind of a forgotten airliner with a very unusual design. Apparently the over the wing pylons mounting the jet engines resulted in a very slow jet airplane.

I must be doing something wrong, I went to the Kartonbau.de site but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. Or I’m just not doing something correctly. Any help with a link for the 707 and the 614 would be greatly appreciated. I’d hate to miss the opportunity to get these great kits. Thanks in advance!

Rich, follow my directions
Scroll down to the Aviation section, click on Downloads, it should be the first one there, do a right click and save as, or click on it, then save it from the new window Or follow this link Historische Schreiber-Bögen - offizieller download!!! - Downloads - Kartonbau.de - Alles rund um Papiermodelle, Kartonmodellbau und Bastelbogen

Beautiful model but it lacks landing gear. I might adapt the Murph's Boeing 707 landing gear adjusting scale etc. An aircraft must always have a landing gear. My opinion.

Murph's 707 is very beautiful but it lacks formers, making it very hard to accurately build it.
