A maly Modelarz kit...especially an older one...has got to be the worst choice to learn paper modelling.
Not your fault.
Even an experienced modeller will have difficulty with this one
(as already stated and proven).

I disagree with leif's suggestion to try Halinski preprinted kits as a beginner project.
Once again, it is a more complicated model better suited to a more experienced modeller.
(Although Halinski's are much better designed...I will agree with that!).

There is a pressure and stressload associated with preprinted kits
...you have one part/one shot/one chance to get it right.
(Even a plastic part can be salvaged!)

My suggestion is to try digital kits.
Download and Print yourself.
That way, you can produce spare parts as needed,
or even rebuild entire sections if things don't go right.

Regardless, you have gotten a lot further than I would have.
I have given up much earlier than this on many kits!
So, kudos to you for sticking with it this far.
If nothing else, its a damn good learning experience.

I think I know why you are having so many challenges with this model.

I believe the designer of this particular model was Bohdan Wasiak.

Not one of my favorite designers for sure.

I wonder if he made it difficult on purpose.Anyone smart enough to design it would surely know of its problems during the test build.

Sorry I guess logic does not apply to the Polish cardstock kit designers.

I don't think it matters on nationality. I think that at least a third of the designers don't do test builds, and less than half of them ask someone to do a test build for them.

That's why I really appreciate the designers that do their own builds.

I have done some test builds for folks, though. And if my fumble fingers can build it, that's a pretty good test
