Iím currently working on the engines. I decided to cut out the fan blades. This model has a different engine than the British Airlines model on the Canon Creative Park website, so the instructions from Canon are not correct. I found a good video on YouTube that shows the proper assembly of this model.

Sharp-looking engine faces. A simple (albeit tedious...) bit of work that makes a nice improvement.

Thanks, dhanners. I should have mentioned that before cutting out the turbine blades, I put a drop of superglue on the back of the turbine disk to make the paper stronger. I would hate to have a blade rip off during construction. All engines are now complete. Next building step are the flap hinge fairings.

4 months later and here she is. The balance point for the stand was WAY further back than I though it would be. I had to perform some surgery to get the metal washer far enough back for the magnets in the stand to hold her nose up. I made a few errors, so I have a reason to make the SCA repaint now.

And since I just finished Murph's747 SCA, here is how the two compare. Murph's model is slightly smaller, and has different engines. Also Murph's is a much simpler build.

Hmmm. I don't remember standing on my head when I took that picture. It was right side up on my computer monitor.

Maybe the band has their amp stacks in the rear cargo hold.

Fantastic model- beautiful alignment and finish. Absolute pleasure to view.

Hey,there is an idea-I don't have any models stuck to the ceiling yet

Those are very good builds.I remember seeing both of Ed Force 1s parked in Toronto Pearson.Lots of people were ogling at it.Lots of fans of all ages stopping by just to look and admire.
