Great work and great kit!
By the way I watched the live stream of Maiden's concert yesterday and it was awesome!

Thank you my dear friends!

@ Pablito, I hope you found the link to download it. Like I said, please leave a comment for Edwin on his YouTube video when downloading.

@ Don... You know me, my friend!

@ Ofanim, I'm tempted to make it damaged, because that was the same engine I tried to "save"!

A little more on the #EdForceOne.

Now it is time for the belly of the beast.

A little more on the #EdForceOne from #IronMaiden.

Warning: Do not glue the belly until later in the process.

I had a little issue when I tried to glue the upper pieces to the belly, which was already glued in place.

The fuselage has to be built here, without gluing it to the whole set, because I found an alignment problem.

So, I had to un-glue the belly, glue the upper section, and after that glue this set to the body.

In the next series of photos you can see that the right piece - which has the landing gear wells - does not align with the rest of the body.

This can be fixed when I attach the wings.

Hi Gerardo,

That's a nice looking machine you're creating here, the nose section of this B747 has been shaped very well. Keep up the good work!

Cheers,
Erik

She looks amazing work far! The wing box has a very different design method than I usually see, it looks pretty neat

Thank you, Gary!

Thank you, Erik!

Thank you, Paperengineer! Yeah, and now I need to do a cut to insert the wooden support for the wings.

More photos soon.

A few days ago, I found that the pl****c models company Revell, is going to release an Ed Force One,
same scale as our paper model here (1:144). The model is on sale now in Europe.

I went to my friend's modeling store here in the city and I asked him about this kit, and he let me
know that he already has a big waiting list for this model! the price goes at $50 US Dollars.

So, I am thinking... the plastic modeling world is not on crisis, as many say. Obviously we are talking
about a very popular airplane (for us headbangers), but nevertheless, marketing will not stop.

Furthermore, we are still have many things to do in the paper modeling world to promote it in our
countries around the world. How could we promote - from the marketing point of view - paper modeling?

More info here for the Revell 747:

More on the model.

Let's continue with the vertical control surfaces and th rudder.
This is the key piece of the entire model, because it has the
iconic image of Eddie from the new LP the Book of Souls, plus
a few Mayan gliphs... which I read they are not random, but you
can have the translation of them. I need to double check on that.
