Thanks Don!
This build is a KLM 737-900. This is by paper replika, and I was a bit disappointed that it didn't quite line up on one part. It isn't enough to send it to the scrap pile though. |

I also started a model today that I bought over Christmas. It's the Delta L-1011, a model that I have been waiting a long time to build. It is all good so far, although I've screwed up on some pieces. I also used too much glue on one of the formers, and now it turned all pink/orange. Kind of looks like natural rust. I took a picture of the fuselage with the MD-11 for a size comparison. I'm not familiar with the aircraft, and I wasn't sure if I printed it out at the right scale. If anyone could verify if it looks proportional or not, that would be great.

Progress report. It's a bit messy on my side, but turning out well. Also my 3,000th picture on my phone.

Looks good to me. 3k on your phone. E gads. Do you back them up somewhere else. You know, just in case.

Hey Josh, if you want to keep your inkjet printed models waterproof, try coating your sheets with a thin layer of PVA glue after the model is printed. Use an old credit card to spread an even layer. It gives the model a nice shiny effect and you can spray lacquer gloss on the model after it's done. Edwin suggested it and it works really nicely. Give it a try, it's epic.

I sometimes back them up on Google Drive, but with all the hacks, I'm kind of reluctant to...
