Thank you Paperengineer ! I hope to get a huge collection like yours haha.
Thank you Elliott ! I fought there was a mistake in the scale but I just checked my aircraft reference book and apparently the Catalina had a wingspan of approximately 32m which is pretty large. For me this aircraft has a "ridiculously" large wing with two tiny engines.
I saw this plane in flight in september, it was so slow, this was probably an easy target for AA guns.

I will move to Toulouse for my studies this year I will still build paper models (I hope to have enough time for but I will find it)

Beautiful work Ronan. This scale is totally different from the 1:33 detailed ones and certainly must have its own "dynamics" and difficulties. From another perspective: You can put three times as many aircraft in a cabinet!! My wife would certainly encourage building models in this scale !

Cheers,
Erik

Thank you Erik ! :D

Yes you're right ! more over they can be be really hard because some of them were not supposed to be built at this scale (like on Murph's Hind, the turret parts for example >.< )

Sure this scale is good for storage problems 1/200 and even 1/300 are better scale but to be honnest this is too small haha.

Regards,
Ronan

You're right Milenio, it's funny because 100 200 and 300 are not very conventional for aircraftsale models ! And for some models I actually regrets my choice haha .
Regards
Ronan

Hi everyone ! I'm finally back !
I have been pretty busy between school and work.
I recently finished a another model at this scale, an ATR42 of DHL, designed by the amazing Aaron.
Nothing to say , great model .
I decided to cancel the video project for the BF109 because there were too many parts and adapt it to a les complicated model.
Here are some pictures and the video of the building process.

Best regards !
Ronan

That looks great! Love the DHL livery, there aren't too many of them out in the paper world. Is it hard building it at 1:100?

Thanks a lot guys !
Making a video was a fun project, I want to make more building video in the future.

Actually 1/100 was a very good scale I think, the parts were not so difficult to build (except the main landing gear where some the parts were smaller than 1.5 mm.)

It seems the video isn't working in my naviigator so here is the link.

Best regards and merry christmas

Hi everyone and happy new year !
To begin the new year I built an another model designed by the Faantastic Bruno, this time a McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II+.
Not an easy model with all of these langing gear, with a classic LG there is three points on the ground, here there are four so I had to do some adjustment to have the four (five) wheels on the ground.
Best regards and wishes for 2017
Ronan

EDIT:Unable to add pictures, I get an error message.
I will try later
