'Quick', but how quick, you didn't mention your build time. Just interested.

Which is funny, cause this was one of my "Quick and Dirty" designs.

Quick for me is less than 10 hours spread over a period of two days (most of it is drying time)... I found that very light glue application provides the fastest drying time but you have to be careful to use enough to achieve a solid bond.

This is the final resting place of this dirty build... I really enjoyed building it and seeing just how much I can get away with! Anyway I'm moving on to my next dirty build (Murph's F-86H) and I plan on making it even dirtier and cutting even more corners. This tread will only benefit those who just don't have time to build fancy detailed model and just want to get their card modeling fix quick and easy.

F-86h
Here is my "Quick & Dirty" build of Murph's F-86H... for this one, I experimented by assembling as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. Total Build Time: 4:00 hrs. from first cut to finish! Does not look as good as the P-47 but I achieved my goal and I am happy with it.

And yet still looks 1000 times better than if I had built it.

Murph you need do nothing but build models to acquire the necessary skills to build like Yoav, papermate and the countless other greats here @ papermodelers.com I myself am thoroughly enjoying my journey to perfection. The day will come when I will build models so detailed that your eyes will bleed looking at them.

Most of my joy comes from designing them. I mostly build only when I want to make sure a difficult to design part works, and that everything lines up, or when Papermate and Pericles are backed up.
