Smithdr, I don't think that your technique is a cheat. I think you can use all the materials, and techniques if they help you to make better model. For example, if you look at pro built tanks, you will see that paper is just only a base for weathering, metal or plastic parts and wire. If you can upgrade your model to get good looking model, I think it's worth it. And it isn't a cheat.
Anyway what about this vac-form? Sounds interesting Any details? |

Hi,
We're getting closer to the end. I've done landing gears, aerial and exhaust pipes. No problems with them. Everything you can see on pictures below. For retouch I used the same colors as before. Lukas |
