Al,

Another outstanding masterpiece.

I don’t know about the other members of this forum, But I would be delighted to have just one of these on my wall. Considering where you work, I would think a early spitfire Instrument panel would be next.

Jim

On the wall

PMs

Thanks so much for the comments, much appreciated.
Well, I've got to return to the UK for good in a few months and Jim, where I'm going theres loads of Spitfires & Hurricanes - Too easy.

A Kawasaki K-61 is looking good. If I make that next thats 3 Axis aircraft that were all fitted with a Daimler Benz engine???

Final pics of the panel on the wall next the 109 Panel

Enjoy

Squadron & wing emblems

PMs

Ive had a private message and a few emails asking what the little pictures are on the completed display, for example:

They are the squadron or wing emblems worn on the side of the macchi fighter (Example below as seen by the fighting cat emblem):

The aircraft above represents:

Unit: 151 Squadriglia, 20 Gruppo, 51 Stormo Caccia Terrestre
Serial: 151-1 (MM9042)

Hope this helps

Once again, thanks for all the support and commenets on the build.

Click the pic below for the final video clip

Please leave comments on the video link - (my mobile made this video all on its own??)

Regards

Al Z, I have been away from this forum for several months, only returning for a look today. This panel, finished, is several leaps beyond where I last saw it. Superb work! Well done!
