Speed brakes
An enhancement to the kit are these deployable air brakes located in the aft lower fuselage.
here is what the real brake looks like. I wanted to build those.  the cut out  Our friend Yaron who has rendered Yoav's Super Mystere to French AF colors has created parts to allow me this addition the parts he designed  the housing   I added small strips of card on either side to allow a better contact surface with the inner fuselage ( instead of bent tabs , but its your choice ). installed housing    and now the speed brake door. I used the piece cut out of the fuselage   and a quick dry fit.     It will be installed with the acutator later on. Isaac

Very nice indeed. Did he design the parts especially for you or are they downloadble anywhere? Just curious. I know his Mystere Version with gears

nice job on the air brakes, but i think the thickness of the doors is to much.
for my opinion, according to the real pictures you showed here, it has to be half of the thickness. YOAV
