F-104G Starfighter- Kartonowa Kolekcia 1/33 scale
My next model now that I completed the Super Mystere, I am getting to build the F-104G that I planned.
The kit I chose is from a relatively new company called Kartonowa Kolekcia. In addition to the kit, I also purchase a vacuformed canopy, resin wheels and laser cut frames. Some picture of the material and kit. More info soon Isaac

Looking forward to this. When I was in the third grade, way too many years ago, the 104 was the shape that defined what an Air Force fighter was.

that's cool! I have never bought any add-ons like canopies or laser cut frames but I may have to try it!

Hey Isaac,
How nice! That's the kit I finished early last year. I didn't buy the laser cut set, canopy and wheels, as they were not available at the time as far as I know. Did everything myself. I see the canopy is from GPM but that shouldn't give you any problem. Good luck with it - I found it a very pleasant model to build with excellent fit and great graphic/paper quality for a very, very modest price. Air intakes and central fuselage section are a bit tricky though. Will be following this with great interest. Regards, Erik |

Given the quality of the kit, and of course your incredible ability to turn out a fantastic finished product, I'm pretty sure this will be a very enjoyable build to follow. Enjoy

@Isaac here some comments from my friend, who build this model some time ago:
Watch out for skeletons of wing tanks; They are a bit too long, and the frames for these tanks are a bit too big. The vertical fin shall be glued just strait into the hull. It is advisable to insert the fixing girder on rib 80. This girder can simply be drawn to the rib by searching for the axis of symmetry, which is somewhat lacking. Due to the lack of this girder, positioning of the fin in the vertical axis is difficult |
