I will follow this build. An unusual subject in your able hands. This will be interesting

As long as photos are low quality, that shouldn't be a problem.

@ Mike - I have the same view as Paúl and Rúben. The resolution is low enough to make it impossible to see the smaller parts and the pictures are completely useless if the idea is to make a model out of a pirate print. So, in my view, they are far below any threshold for some kind of copyright infringement. The pictures are useful to have a general idea about the kit and I bet that publishers will mostly be happy to see them around. More so if the kit is good…
For a change, this kit has optional parts! The lower side of the rear fuselage can either be rounded or faceted, as in the original. I opted for the faceted version and, so, used the W2’ and W2a’ formers that appear on the pictures. |

Interesting new build Ricardo! From the instruction drawings the internal structure of this model seems to be very rigid. Will follow you, as usual.

@ Erik – maybe a bit too solid! It is good when there is some room to manoeuver, as both the skin and the structure can define a shape, and not necessarily the same…
The Ms-406 has a tubular structure for the fuselage. The visible parts, inside the cockpit, are modeled in flat panels that are tricky to cut. |

Ah, the famous tubular construction methodology of the thirties, same as for the Hawker Hurricane and Fikkers D21 and G1, for instance. That's precision cutting, Ricardo!

With all that detail in the cockpit , you have to keep the canopy open.
