Ingenia models were issued from 1935 onwards up to 1970.
Planches d'autrefois et d'aujourd'hui tells you about, and many more models are existing.
Times changed over this period, and at seeing these models, I feel outside time. In 1970, only half of us French people could afford a fridge, and I remember the old Citroen HY everywhere, police included. I like it.

Interesting . This jogged a memory that had me scrambling around to discover an Ingenia kit that I've had lurking on my shelves for some 30 years, a Christmas gift from Lynn my wife. It is the Chateau de Coucy "3m/m par metre" . Printed in a brown line it is recommended one color it, before construction, using Mongol Watercolor pencils. As far as I can make out the kit dates for about 1950 and Lynn picked it up in the store of the Art Institute of Chicago in late 1978 (along with a Schreiber castle and a Micromodel US Capitol ...)

France

The last election in France brought most of us into a frenzy, since there were four main competitors instead of two usually, this was rather exciting about the result to come, we feeled such as gamers attending a horse race. But don't forget that many of us couldn't find any of them much sexy: now, I hear very few around me about our new rulers, this turmoil seems to fade out rather quickly.
The main concern here now turns back again to what's happening again on the other side of the Atlantic ocean, after Trump's decision to withdraw from the Paris agreement. I cannot make my opinion about what could be the next fashionable event to come.

Also found image of it with several others, in a different livery from this model.

Be nice if I could read French; and they have some interesting trains, too.
