Nice work Maxe

A comment to the designer though ; the wing placement is too high! Based on photos , it should be lower and close to the belly of the plane

Exclamation Side pic

Here is a picture from the Internet

The wing on the actual plane is much lower than this model

oh, its definitely a mistake! lol

But this is one thing that really irks me about most model designers
who don't take the time to research things
and try their best to match colours, markings, and other historical details.

If you are going to connect the model with a specific plane and pilot,
then out of respect, you should make sure you get things right.

There is no excuse for this simple an error.

....
I'll agree...the wing position is high on the fuselage.
Not much... but definitely higher than it should be.

The real aircraft looks very awkward as a result of the low position of the wing.
An obvious discrepancy with the model.

...
I still think the builder(Maxe) is doing a great job regardless.
Please don't stop!!

Looking at my reference photos, I can't tell if it was black or a very dark blue.
But, at the same time, the blue should be MUCH darker. Almost a midnight blue in the photos, although that may just be age, either mine or the photos.
