Murph's Model - Northrop F-15 Reporter, Fire Bomber, 1/42

Now working on the Reporter, Fire Bomber version. Just found this inconsistency
when approaching the wing units. The pylon markings, if necessary at all, should
be in consistent colour with the wings. The scale I'm doing is 1/72, similar to
the Black Widows.

Here are some WIP (work in progress) pictures for your views.
The scale is originally 1/42 but reduced, just as the other Black Widows, to 1/72.
Very eye-catching colour scheme, red, yellow, white and grey, and with a
yellow belly water tank.

No, Mike, that's not a daft question at all. You're very observant. Yes, there are cellotape
on food wraps that I would normally use with photoprint Kodak paper. The purpose is to
ensure a clean surface with the model is done. It'll take quite a while to remove the cellotape
and food wraps at the final stage before presenting the model.

And a little update pending installation of vertical fins and tail stab and pending print out of the
fairings for the vertical fins that were missed in the last visit to the print shop.
The cellotape and food wraps have been removed for photo taking but they are
still there on the un-installed parts as seen in photo 2.

Thanks, YOAV.

And some more update before passing the finish line, to quench your thirst, so to speak.

What's left to be done is the props and final touching up before presentation.
One question for Aaron is the engine nacelles colouring as per last pic.
Other than the props that should be no problem, the Reporter (Fire Bomber) is
ready to go with the bundle. Now, that would make Don, and many others, happy.

Be patient, the NACA version, with that under-belly surprise and gadgets on the
nose cone/section, will come up later.
