I will be working on the DragonAir model this weeek. I have a DHC Dash 8 that needs to be finished up first. I'm trying a new building technique. Finishing one model before starting another. Strange concept I know but it might just work.

That's just crazy talk. Finish one model before starting another. LOL

If I followed that technique, I'd never get any recolors done......
My model room looks like the floor of the Airbus factory..........lots in the works in various stages of completion, very few going out the door...... |

Things are fine, albeit HOT, here in Kuwait. Spent a part of the summer back in Minnesota and Illinois. Weather was gorgeous.
Anxious to get back to building something, but the model I really want to build doesn't exist: A large scale (1/48th or bigger) version of the original, short X-15. Ken L. West's X-15 is a great model, but it is an X-15A-2, the lengthened airframe. I'd love to do the vehicle as it looked on rollout. But an A321 in Air France livery would be cool, too.... |

I also would like to see a short roll out X-15.
Nice looking build John. |

And you might had noticed that I made up some stands for the models. As usual, I glued a metal washer inside the model and have magnets in the stand.
