Hello all, after more than two years this model is complit, basically it was "out of the box" model.
Part of the thread was a discussion with Don and Rubenandres77 about the true identity of "Little Sir Echo". I am attaching a scan from Flightpath magazine that had an article on P-39 in New Guina. It looks that Fly model's tail number is wrong. Shalom Mor |

Hi Shalom - Nice Airacobra of fly model as they released several twin models as the Sabre and mig-15 Harrier and Super Etendard and more....
The Airacobra was not liked by American or British pilots but was very popular by Russian pilots in WW2 . Yair |

This is a great model of a significant, but too often overlooked aircraft. For the US, it played a significant role in the pacific.
