All of the detail parts, the undercarriage, empennage, and engine, are all superb.
I appreciate your explanation for the engineering behind the undercarriage and the ways in which you made the structure stable. Don |

Thanks, friends I hope to have been informative.
The engine cowling parts have no gluing tabs. There are parts for both the outsider and the inside but each section requires butt gluing to the next one, which is not to my taste. I added a large tab, plainly visible in the pictures, that links all the sections. |

The cowling fits the engine too tightly. It is not a good idea to try to rotate it…
I recommend not laminating the cylinders small card circles, in order to get smaller (and probably more accurate) engine outer diameter. Regarding the propeller, I’m decidedly not a supporter of this construction method. |

Thanks for the comments but, frankly, the propeller looks better in the picture. Discarding the large amount of work to cut progressively thinner parts, edge coloring is much more visible than usual. That's why I´m not a supporter of the method.
The wing structure was the real motivation to invest a few euros on the laser cut parts. I managed to curve the leading edge with a very small radius (no half-cut), as it should be, without “disintegrating” the paper. I pressed the upper wing skin over the ribs, near the leading edge, in order to get the characteristic double curvature. The effect is not apparent in the pictures. This is the kind of treatment that I prefer to underdo, rather than overdo… |

It's always a pleasure to see you, the real master of papermodelling, at work. Each time I browse through your threads, I learn something new. Thanks again for sharing.

@ Paúl - not exactly amused
The last construction pictures show the gun and the rigging. There is not a lot left to do… |
