Hi guys you remenber this thread in the forum?

My new project of long duration- The Seaplanes and Airboat Collection

I abandon because the photobucket cut off the free accounts so all my stuff are lost in some foruns. Here is a years of paper modelling lost. I update all my pics in Ingur, but is impossible retake all threads, but the seaplanes is one of my permanent interests, because this I decided made a second thread with news builds, ath this time is a Murph's Models Noorduyun Noserman with Floats in 1/100 scale...

Well done, Pericles. I was planning to print and build this one and build it at 1/72.
Perhaps someday. Sorry to hear the photobucket thing. I have an account with them, too,
but luckily I have just uploaded a few pictures. It's practically blackmail to demand money
to retrieve your previous uploads. The most important thing is that you have all the models
and you can re-take the photos. Would like to see a family photo of all the seaplanes in
your collection someday.

The uploads are intact and can be retrieved at any time ... it's the links to them on other sites that are dead (unless the ransom is paid).

I wish someone would figure out a way to sue Photobucket for the countless threads they essentially killed worlwide.

Thank's people.

For me Photobucket made a shoot on feet, the plans price is much expensive for me and download features not working...

Gorgeous looking model Pericles. I was enjoying your series of postings as I too have a THING about Flying Boats, but I don't know why Float Planes don't grab me much. Good to see the thread subject resurrected though.

As to the P.Bucket fiasco ... Are you sure your pictures are lost? I had hundreds parked on there, and many of them were not stored elsewhere as I thought the bucket was secure and used it as a picture stash regardless of if I wanted them hosted for 3rd party publishing. However, when they announced the new rules they did offer to send a complete download of my pictures by email. This they did deliver on, but it did take them a week to put it together.

I did not cancel my account though, and I see that my log in still works and the pictures are still in there. I don't know how long for though. If you read and action this ... Browser add-ons to fix the Photobucket issue If your pictures are still hosted they will re=appear in the thread ... only to people who have added the fix to their browser though.

They will not appear if you have cancelled your account, as Becky has found with her previous 'Impressions of Disneyland' thread.

PS: I just checked your old thread My new project of long duration- The Seaplanes and Airboat Collection and to my (Fixed) browser all your pictures are still there.

John. Many thanks! I tried download this add ons but not solve the real problem about strange decision from Photobucket, because public visualization out the install the fix not working (not all people made changes in you browser), for not made a necroposting, I support the new trhead. In fact all my pics are saved in other places (two backup hds) and all my finished models are uploaded in INGUR so I work with this for moment.

The next seaboat is Vickers (Hispano) Vildebest from Scissors and Planes.

Regards my friends!
