I can see that reasoning. It could be a gradient issue.

I think it's my natural metal graphics. I've been experimenting with it, trying to get more variance between the light and dark. Might have it too dark on this one. Oh, and you don't need to put all the weapons on it. I wanted a variety of weapons, so I drew up a double load. Don specifically requested the big fuel tank, the napalm tank, the retarded bomb, and one more that I can't recall at the moment. The rest are optional.

Oops, I just noticed: for the middle bomb in the picture, you've got the fins backwards. The notches are supposed to face outwards.

Not as pretty as Papermate's, but I figured I'd drop this here.

North American F-100D Super Sabre, Don Schmenk FW-594, 1/29

The North American F-100D, Super Sabre, Don Schmenk FW-594 livery is now up, at the scale of 1/33 as mentioned before. Pretty sure that some one who likes to see napalm bombs and drop tanks will be very happy. Man, those armaments are a killer as it took a couple of days to build them. Anyway, they are done for this plane. The rest will be for the camo version.

Hope you'll enjoy the views.

Excellent work ..... and the model looks very detailed on the outside.

It seems to me that this model with this look must have a cockpit and transparent canopy, and then it would look perfect.

well done

YOAV

Thank you, YOAV. I agree with you about cockpit details and transparent canopy. Well that's something for Aaron to consider if he wants to take his models to a higher level and of course the price as well (for interior and wheel wells etc.). Over to you, Aaron.

Fantastic build and I will add my ten pence worth to the additions suggestion, that model is crying out for the added detail.

You guys haven't noticed yet? I've got the wing fences upside down and wrong ends.
Have to live with that cos they were fixed there with CA glue.
