Mirage iii cj - 1:33 - wak

Hello !

After the sea trip with Jan Molsen I get back into the air with my next building report.

This time it will be a jet. Because of the title sheet which is struck me right in the eye is it the Mirage III with Israeli identification.

To the bow I ordered the deep pulpit at Slawomir.

On 8 Din A 4 bows distribute around 650 parts which are only waiting to be built.

Five pages of sketches construction instructions and a Polish description complete the arch.
For this I have from the WAK side still the English building instruction printed.

Now I am very happy to start .....

Best regards
Kurt

Looking forward to see a build of this model.

Obviously it will be compared to Yoav Hozmi model of the Mirage 3cj.

Hi Isaac ,

welcome on board !

Then let's start ...........

At the beginning, the parts for the pilot's cockpit are pulled to 0.9 mm Finnboard.
Parts B1 to B14 for the first construction section.
Now it goes to the building together.

Attention, the inner panel B 5 should be glued to the frame B 4 before assembly.
The cockpit is assembled exactly in the order of the component numbers.

Best regards

Kurt

650 parts?Oh my,I'll stick with Bruno's models

Seriously,I have seen this model and the way I see it it is a marvelous design no doubt.
Thing is Yoav's take on Mirage it gives you far better effect with a whole lot less bits and pieces.

IMHO it's a little bit like BlueRay vs DVD or CD vs Vinyl.

Hi Guys ,

Nice detail, the pedals with wear marks are placed to the left and right of the center console.
Insert the floor and console into the frame and glue the side panels on.
Parts 15/16 and 17 must be glued in the chassis shaft.

Best regards
