The tail section is complete. The pictures show well how shiny the paint is!

Thanks, Tino

The fuselage cross section changes strongly behind the cockpit, to match the wings. The skin parts have interesting shapes and they fit very well.

Nice work in joining the fuselage sections. Especially around the Hinomaru ( round red circle, national Japanese roundel / rising sun ).

This is one awesome looking build... razor sharp build! May I ask how thick is the internal structure parts?

Thanks for the comments, friends

@ Isaac - I'd put most of the credit on the designer. The Hinomaru has perfect continuity over the joint and the same happens on the many green patches that make up what I don't call camouflage...

@ Falco – Halinski defines at least 3 thicknesses for reinforcement: 0,2mm, 0,5mm and 1mm. Most of the structure parts belong to the third category. I use 0,8mm, instead of 1mm.

The propeller and spinner construction is typical Halinski. Not so typical is the shinning paper…

What a beautiful propeller!

I wonder why you use 0.8mm thickness instead of 1.0mm. Is it because you laminate the original parts onto the cardboard, making a total thickness of approximately 1mm? Do the laser cut sets also take this into account?

Regards,
Erik
