thanks again friends.

YOAV

and now back to the model.

As you know me, I do not like the fact that my models have stitches and connections in the belly of the model, because in my opinion it spoil the beauty of the model.

In order to prevent stitches in the belly of the FOUGA, such parts like the nose and the central body, I designed these parts, which are divided into two, so that the stitches in the belly of the nose will be exactly in the panels connections, while in the main body the stitches will be where the house of the engines and wings are supposed to be.

Here are some examples.
And now the bottom of the nose and the central body are free of stitches and unnecessary connections.

very clever yoav...

nicely done
should be a standard thing for all designers ....maybe a little bit more work of cutting but the outcome is so fine.
love it.

The best way to disguise a joint is to hide it. The next best way is to put it on a real panel joint.
You apply both rules, with full knowledge and the right priority It would be excellent if all designers were so careful!

Clean work and I, too, have often wondered why designers didn't use panel lines for seams, at least when possible. That said, I've never designed anything....

Today, I managed to build the tail unit, the model body and also assemble the cockpit into the body.

Some pictures before I go to sleep.

Ditto.I'm hoping designers are paying close attention to the Yoav is doing his models. To me his models are the proof you don't need 20K parts to make beautiful model.Thank you Yoav.
