Murph's Model - ATR-42 DHL Version, originally 1/56
Seems can't stop with the ATR-42 DHL version. Finished the 1/200 and now this scale of 1/1000 to see if it can be done, in flight mode cos' the landing gears are really a p.i.t.a to do. Yep, it can be but you must view it 3 feet away. No binoculars or magnifying glass, please. The base is a piece of blackened scrap card fringed with an aluminium strip and the stand is an office pin cut to length. Props spin? Are you kidding? Of course, not this time. And finally both found a home in a hurriedly emptied Godiva choc box.

Incredibly small, incredibly great. I can’t build a 1/33 kit and get good results any longer, 1/300, amazing!!!!!!!!!

Thank you guys and now it's at 1/400, in flight mode, with a hidden magnet in the belly to allow the model to "stick" to the tip of the stand. Props don't spin, just in case you're curious.
