Avio Delta “Swan” Ultralight

Hello friends
this build was designed by one of our members- Elgar Esterle - very cute model
many small parts some of which are very narrow so..a lot of twweser work and magnifaing glass ....
the only thing i re designed is the seats .

This cute model looks great ... I saw it in reality.

And the pictures look wonderful on the background .... looks really real.

awesome build! Well done.

I build this model, too but in 1:100 and not in 1:33. The first pic shows the scaled kit on a DIN A4 page.

Those are quite nice. Somehow the idea of a model of an ultralight was surprising.

peaceglue-1-100 models are not for my hands and eyes , i'm not so good with small parts for an entire model , it can be very frustrating .

southwestforests - i'm glad it surprised you ... i was looking for something different to build other then the regular planes i am accustom to ,so it was a pleasure to build a different type of a flying machine .

Wow, that was a fast posting. I did not notice it yesterday.

Beautiful model of an ultralight plane.

I remember very early when I got my pilot licence, I looked at ultralights and decided it was a bit too flimsy ( not structurally strong ). So I never flew one of these. However, the ones today that have conventional control and a ballistic parachute are safer.
