Nieuport 28 1/33
My first 1/33 card model. Probably should have started with something simpler. Download from ecardmodels.

Coming along nicely, Michael! I say get stuck in! The Nieuport is a very pretty plane. Just take your time and ask lots of questions. Don't be afraid to re-print as well! I have no completed a downloadable kit in one printing yet!

Closing in on the fini....
Not perfect but I have learned a lot. Still need to finish and install engine, etc. Not sure whether to rig with smoke mono or .008 music wire.

And this is your very first card model? Not bad....not bad at all.

Nice finish! Great rigging too. Love your trailing edges being so thin and straight. Mine tend to look like spaghetti!
Very pretty machine. So what's next??? Cheers, Dan |
