Mike

I can’t quite remember if I did see the formers or am I confusing them with dh hornet concrete formers. Find attached a few pics to aid the build.

Regards

Just checked the satellite view and the fuselage buck appears to be missing. Possibly stored but no idea when the satellite view would have been imaged. So many more aircraft visible too, when I last visited there were less than 25% of those visible in the satellite view.

Glen,

Looking good! I noticed that you added some details to the inside cockpit lining? I remember I did the same, to highlight some handles on the pilot's side and to replace the flat fire extinguisher by a "real" one. Also I remember that the formers in the central wing area required some sanding as they were too big.

Erik

Thank you MichaelS, Richshindler, Peter, Yoav, Al Z, Erik, I did add a bit to the L side because I thought might be visable through the door, by looking at some pictures on the internet of cockpit details..
Now working on some parts for the gear and some odds and ends to be needed later, and frames for tail parts
just a note, the fender attachment was added by tabs on the small tube of the fender braces
because I thought this part might be easy to knock off sometime on the built model, also need to
reinforce the wing attachment to the struts otherwise would likely not support the weight of the model well

Some work that is mostly sanding and painting, the tires and prop spinners, these parts are pretty visable on a model so I like to shine them up a bit, I was hoping to add some tread to the tires, but the grain in the wood I used was too strong to take the lines well when I was turning them, and the square tread pattern would require way too much time for me to do.. so smooth they are, but I think will work ok. The wheel I opted for ventilated pattern like a spit, and there are wartime photos of this wheel pattern on Mosquito.. so went with this for looks..
the spinners are paper, I sealed them with ca glue and accelerator putty sand paint repeat ect...

Thanks Don, Rifleman, and dhanners for your comments above, Ive been thinking about the attachment of the main gear..
all parts are made for the gear, although not all attached here.. and working to see if a simple thick card piece would help to support the wing, and this is what it looks like stance wise, but testing without the nacelles to see if will work, gear are not glued on although the wings are permanently on.
