Good job on the landing gear and prop spinners - very smooth. Don't forget to build in the engine nacelles first before attaching the gear !

The landing gear is very tricky to install, I used a small collar on each of the struts to ensure insertion into the wing at exactly the right height as the struts do not protrude far enough to touch the inside of the wing as I remember. Orlik could have paid more attention to this, it would make things for the builder a lot easier.

Regards,
Erik

Brilliant, the nose demonstrates probably the best 'petal' technique I have seen thus far.

Thanks Erik, I am liking this design now, has been pretty well fitting all along, I agree though some care needed with gear attachment, thought I might have to adjust the struts a bit to be straight with dihedral of wings, but even that is pretty close...
Mike thanks, I did paint a bit to lessen the lines on the nose...not smoothed like the prop spinners though.

Putting some parts together, today put on the tail parts as seen, and nacelles, looking alot more like a Mosquito now

She's look great, Glen. I love the separate control surfaces.

Nice progress and result up so far Glen. Now that you have put all the major parts together - it's quite a big model isn't it?

Erik
